About

Profile

A+M+L Architecture was formed in 2001 in Southampton, NY. Since its inception, the firm has remained strongly committed to the development of an appropriate and singular translation of Client desires into built form through efficient, responsible and contextually sensitive design, development and delivery processes.

These principles have been explored through the evolution of a rich and widely varied project portfolio including residential, commercial and agricultural works throughout the eastern end of Long Island, New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut.

The realization of these works has been optimized through the development of an extended project team predicated on the successful collaboration of Architects, Landscape and Interior Designers, Environmental and Legal Consultants, and Structural, Electrical, Geothermal and Mechanical Engineers. The project team is inherently flexible, allowing for expansion and contraction based on Client and Project requirements.

Visualization material and documentation developed by the office are produced using AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Corel Draw Suite, Microsoft Office. The office typically adheres to AIA contracts and guidelines for Architectural Services. Fee structure can vary and is project dependent.
